Lori Miller, LSW, currently serves as the Lead Clinical Therapist at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions since June 2022, where responsibilities include providing direct services to adults with co-occurring disorders, offering leadership and guidance to staff, and overseeing specialty court programs. Prior positions include Clinical Therapist, Clinical Social Work Intern at Lutheran Social Services, and Clinical Social Work Intern at Alvis, Inc. Lori has experience as a Clinical Case Manager for a Veteran Program at Lutheran Social Services and as a Counselor/Case Manager at Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health Center. With a Master of Science in Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Human Services from Ohio Christian University, Lori demonstrates a strong educational foundation and a commitment to ethical and professional social work practices.
