Helen Gossel Pasley has extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as the Talent Operations Manager at Lighthouse Academies since October 2013, where responsibilities include recruiting dedicated educators for a national network of charter schools. Previously, Helen held the position of Title 1 Literacy Specialist and Educational Consultant at Lighthouse Academies, Inc. from August 2010 to June 2013, aiding in the design of interim assessments aligned with Common Core standards. Additionally, Helen worked as a 3rd Grade Teacher at Lighthouse Academies, Inc. from August 2008 to June 2010. Helen is an alumnus of The George Washington University.
