Idan Meirson has extensive experience in customer growth and account management within the hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior Manager Customer Growth-EMEA at Lighthouse since August 2018. In this role, Idan oversees a team of six Account Managers responsible for a portfolio of over 300 accounts, aligning processes with global teams and facilitating the hiring and onboarding of new members. Previous positions at Lighthouse include Senior Account Manager EMEA and Account Manager, with a consistent record of achieving substantial portfolio revenue growth. Earlier experience includes an Analyst role at Horwath HTL, where Idan conducted market and financial analysis and prepared proposals for investors, and various positions at Hotelschool The Hague, including Duty Manager, focused on student coaching and operational tasks. Early career included internships at The Ritz-Carlton in Herzliya and Hong Kong, as well as service as a First Lieutenant in the Israeli Defense Forces.
