Jonathan Waddingham has a long and varied work experience. Jonathan started their career in 2002 as an English Assistant at Lycée Vaucanson in Grenoble, France. In 2003, they worked as a Bar Chap at Le London Pub in Grenoble. In 2004, they worked as an HR Assistant at Nissan Technical Centre Europe. In 2011, they joined The Resource Alliance as a Fundraising Online Board Member. In 2012, they joined the Institute of Fundraising as a Fundraising Convention Board Member - Digital Stream. In 2018, they joined Products with Purpose LTD as a Product Consultant and Tech For Good Advisor. In 2020, they joined Lightful as the Managing Director - Lightful Learning and Chief Of Staff.

Jonathan Waddingham attended Bedford Modern School from 1992 to 2000. Jonathan then went on to King's College London, where they obtained a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and French from 2000 to 2004. In October 2014, they obtained an Analytics Certification from Google.
