Maxwell Urbani has a diverse range of work experience. Maxwell started as a Dream Consultant at TechShop, Inc. in October 2017, before moving on to become a Machinist and Quality Control intern at Holt Tool & Machine from December 2017 to February 2018. During the same period, they also worked as an Independent Contractor at Fung Collaboratives, where they curated art exhibitions, collaborated with the Redwood City government, and participated in the restoration of a pirate ship.
In 2018, Urbani joined the Harvard Undergraduate Robotics Club as the Co-Founder of MATE ROV Underwater Robotics. Maxwell also co-founded and served as the Project Manager of Harvard Undergraduate Design Labs. This role lasted from August 2018 to May 2021.
Currently, they are employed at LTA Research and Exploration as a Mechanical Engineer. Their responsibilities include research and design of airships, engineering various vehicle components, developing automated manufacturing and testing methods, as well as providing ground support.
Maxwell Urbani pursued their education from 2016 to 2020 at Harvard University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in Applied Mathematics.
