James Baker possesses extensive experience in information technology support, currently serving as a Tier 2 Specialist at OnRamp (LightEdge Solutions) since October 2018, after initially working as a Tier 1 Specialist. Prior experience includes an Information Technology Specialist role at DefenTec, Inc., and a Private Contractor position with the US Navy. James has also held a Service Desk Specialist 2 position at Public Consulting Group and worked as an IT technician level 2 at Horseshoe Bay Resort. Academic credentials include dual Associate degrees in Network Security and Network Administration from Texas State Technical College Waco, completed between 2010 and 2013.
