Bada Hong, CCXP has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bada is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Lightbridge Academy and as an Advisory Board Member for the Customer Experience Program at Seton Hall University. Prior to these positions, they worked as a Customer Experience Strategy Consultant for CUNA Mutual Group. Bada also spent time at Prudential Financial as a Customer Experience Manager, where they developed a CX Engagement Playbook and collaborated with various internal stakeholders. Before that, they worked as a Customer Experience Consultant at CustomersFirst Now, where they consulted B2B and B2C clients from multiple industries. Bada has also held various positions at Allstate, including Senior Regional Manager, Administrative Manager, Customer Experience Leader, Frontline Performance Leader, and Claims Adjuster, where they gained extensive experience in claims management and improving customer service.

Bada Hong earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Mathematics in Economics from Queens College, which they attended from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained various certifications. Bada became a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) through the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in December 2018. Bada also achieved the ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) certification from ICAgile in November 2018. Prior to these certifications, they obtained a New York State Auto Damage and Theft Appraisal License from the New York State Department of Financial Services in January 2015.
