Debbie Sopchak is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in GIS data management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at LightBox since March 2020, Debbie is responsible for loading and maintaining parcel data on a national scale and integrating NEDIS data into SpatialStream. Previous roles include GIS Data Management and BPL Manager at EDR from January 1998 to March 2020, as well as positions as a Senior Programmer and Junior Programmer at Environmental Data Resources from 1993 to 1997. Earlier experience includes working as a Software Test Engineer at Bull HN Information Systems from 1992 to 1993 and an internship at GTE in 1991. Debbie graduated from Sacred Heart University, with educational foundations further supported by a regional high school education and a GTE internship.
