Philip Spina has extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various financial and philanthropic organizations. Currently serving as the Capital Campaign Manager for Light of Life Rescue Mission since April 2014, Philip oversees the “Opening New Doors” building relocation campaign. Previously, as Executive Director at Family Guidance, Inc. from November 2016 to April 2020, Philip contributed to enhancing corporate and donor relations. Philip also held significant positions at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, including Managing Director of Sales and Senior Vice President, where management of the sales team in the greater Pittsburgh Region was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes serving as First Vice President and Managing Director of Sales at Chase Manhattan Bank, focusing on high net worth jumbo mortgages. Philip holds a Master’s degree in Counselor Education from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Allegheny College.
