Graeme Farrell has extensive experience in IT service delivery and support, currently serving as the Group IT Service Delivery Manager at Ligentia since May 2013, after holding the position of Group IT Network Support Engineer. Prior to this, Graeme worked as a Senior Service Desk Analyst at CGI from April 2012 to May 2013 and at Countrywide IT from December 2010 to April 2012. Graeme began a career in IT as a Service Desk Analyst at Education Bradford in 2008. Academically, Graeme holds a BSc in Cybernetics and Virtual Worlds from the University of Bradford, completed in 2010, and A Levels in IT, Archaeology, History, and French from Holy Trinity C of E Sixth Form.
