Christian Mugisha has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and operations. Christian worked as a Sr. MTN big data Ops engineer at LigaData, where they were responsible for monitoring, processing data, analyzing error trends, and handling operational support tasks. Prior to that, they served as a Sr. MTN Rwanda BI Analyst at Tech Mahindra, where they focused on data extraction, transformation, loading, and developing reports and dashboards using Oracle Business Intelligence tools. Christian also worked as a Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Analyst at Airtel Rwanda, where they managed internal controls, supported revenue collection efforts, and conducted computer forensics investigations. Additionally, they worked as a Revenue Assurance and Fraud Analyst at Tigo Rwanda, where they conducted audits, investigations, and process improvements to control and resolve revenue leakage.

Christian Mugisha completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Rwanda between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Telecommunication from Tumba College of Technology from 2012 to 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Christian obtained certifications in MSBI, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS from Udemy, Inc. in June 2020. Christian also acquired a Tableau certification from 365 Data Science in May 2020 and certifications in Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL from the same institution in April 2020. In April 2019, they obtained a certification in SQL, Tableau, and Paython from 365 Data Science as well.
