Heather Vaikona is the President & CEO at Lift To Rise, with a background in strategic development and collaboration within the nonprofit sector. Heather has experience as the Director of Community Investment at Feeding America and as a Resource Development Director at United Way Of the Desert. Vaikona has also worked as an Independent Consultant for various nonprofits and as a Development Officer at SEARCH. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and French Literature from Westmont College.
