Alice P. is an experienced professional in internal communications and engagement, currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at Lift Schools since November 2023. Previous roles include Senior Engagement Consultant at Project Centre Ltd from August 2019 to August 2023, and Senior Engagement Advisor (Contractor) at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand in early 2019. Alice has also held positions such as Senior Advisor in Clients & Marketing at Deloitte New Zealand, as well as various roles in corporate communications and executive assistance at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment. Early career experience includes teaching at Heritage International School and working as a Personal Assistant at the Metropolitan Fire Brigade. Alice holds a Master's in Business Studies with a focus on Communications from Massey University, a TESOL certificate from Language Corps Asia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies from Victoria University of Wellington.
