Zach Petersen has been working in the field of customer success and partnerships since 2012. Zach began their career as a Sales Representative at UpWell Health in 2012, where they were one of the top 5 representatives in the company and kept detailed account records. Zach was then promoted to Sales Manager in the same company, where they managed and motivated a sales team of over 20+ representatives. In 2015, they were promoted again to Director of Sales, where they organized, implemented and developed two new departments, one Sales Recovery and one Collections department. Zach also led the growth of Sales Recovery Departments from 40 to 160 employees, and established a competitive sales force by implementing a motivating compensation plan. In 2019, they moved to Podium as an Account Development Manager. Currently, they are working as the Director of Customer Success and Partnerships at Lift Local.
Zach Petersen attended Westminster College from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science - BS- Honors in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Salt Lake Community College from 2012 to 2015 and obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in Business Administration and Management, General.
