Kathleen Solitario has a diverse range of work experience in the field of design. Kathleen started their career in 2012 at JStokes Agency, where they worked as a Creative, creating designs and concepts for various advertising campaigns. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at SEPHORA as a Visual Designer, collaborating with marketing and e-commerce teams to create retail visual communication guides. In 2014, they joined Bare Escentuals as a Web Designer, where they created global design graphics and collaborated on brand and marketing strategies. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Restoration Hardware as a Web Creative, producing email and web campaigns and ensuring visual standards were met. Kathleen then moved to Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and worked as a Web Designer and Email Creative, responsible for website design updates and email campaigns. In 2018, they joined LIFT Agency, Inc. as a Designer, eventually being promoted to Senior Designer and Art Director. Throughout their career, Kathleen has demonstrated strong design skills, collaboration abilities, and a keen eye for visual layouts and trends.

Kathleen Solitario attended the Academy of Art University from 2008 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Advertising in Art Direction.
