Rishaan Sharma is an accomplished professional with a strong background in the life sciences and business development. Currently serving as a Life Sciences Accelerator Program Intern at LifeX since September 2022, Rishaan previously led entrepreneurial initiatives as a Student Entrepreneurial Lead at the University of Pittsburgh Innovation Institute during the First Gear Summer 2022 Cohort. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Development Consultant at Conduction and serving as an Associate Researcher at Biomedical Science Tower 3 from 2015 to 2019. Rishaan holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine (2019-2023) and a dual Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Neuroscience and Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh (2015-2019). Education was completed at Pittsford-Mendon High School (2011-2015).
