Emily Held has extensive experience in quality assurance within the food industry, currently serving in this capacity at Lifeway Foods, Inc. since September 2013. Previously, Emily held the position of Quality Assurance Supervisor and Laboratory Technician at Golden Guernsey Dairy from January 2006 to January 2013. In 2013, Emily also worked as a Quality Compliance Specialist at Buddy Squirrel, LLC. Emily earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Winona State University between 2001 and 2005.
