Matthew is experienced in recruiting technical support talent, establishing training programs, providing technical support to customers, recording complaints, and developing customer service processes. Matthew also has expertise in developing improved processes for data feed on-boarding and implementing new methods for data acquisition. Matthew has received their education from State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota and Suffolk County Community College.
