Nicole Edmonds has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nicole started their professional journey at Pauls Discount in 2002, where they worked as a Sales Advisor for two years, focusing on customer service skills and meeting set sales targets. In 2004, they joined Dorothy Perkins as a Sales Advisor/Supervisor before being promoted to Deputy Manager in 2007. Nicole handled office tasks, assisted in administration processing, and mediated information between head office, herself, and the sales team. Nicole then moved to TOPSHOP TOPMAN in 2010, where they filled multiple positions, including Brand Manager, Deputy Manager, Store Manager, and Deputy Manager again. Their responsibilities included office tasks, stock auditing/accountability, managing staff relationships, and establishing connections at various levels. Subsequently, they joined Lifetime Training in 2017, initially as a Regional Trainer and later transitioning to the role of Iceland Engagement Officer. Currently, they are serving as the Partnership Engagement Lead at Lifetime Training, a position they have held since September 2020. Throughout their professional history, Nicole has consistently demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to achieving targets and providing excellent customer service.
