Hollie Matthews is an experienced Curriculum Design Manager at Lifetime Training since October 2016, responsible for the creation and management of apprenticeship mapping, resource development, and technical design across various standards and diplomas, including Leadership & Management, People Professional, and Retail qualifications. Prior to this role, Hollie served as Area Manager and IQA at Riverside Training, and held positions as IQA & Apprenticeship Assessor at PGL Training Ltd., Apprenticeship Assessor at Pera Training and Elmfield Training, and Apprenticeship Assessor at Exeter College, where responsibilities included assessing apprentices, delivering frameworks, and supporting functional skills teaching across multiple disciplines.
