Fiona Lloyd is an accomplished executive in the design and construction industry, currently serving as the Executive General Manager - Design & Construction at Lifestyle Communities Limited since May 2023. Lloyd previously held the position of State Construction Manager at Coles from July 2016 to May 2023 and served as Senior Project Manager at Cotton On Group between February 2015 and August 2016. Early in the career, Lloyd gained valuable experience as a Project Engineer at Baulderstone from October 2008 to August 2015, where responsibilities included significant projects such as the Southbank Cultural Precinct Redevelopment and the new City West Police Complex, demonstrating expertise in sustainability and innovative construction methods. Additionally, Lloyd's experience at Baulderstone Hornibrook as a Foreman from January 2003 to October 2008 contributed to a robust foundation in construction management. Fiona holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Deakin University.
