Ray Pittman is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in development, investment, and management. Currently serving as President of Lifestyle Communities since February 2023, Pittman leads a national multifamily developer with significant assets in key markets. Previously, Pittman held roles including President and CEO at McWHINNEY and Chief Client Officer at CBRE, focusing on client service and strategic initiatives. Pittman also served as President & CEO for CBRE Australia and New Zealand, and held senior leadership positions at Pittman Development Group, Catellus Development Corp., and CB Richard Ellis. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Leadership & Strategy from the University of Colorado Denver and a BA in Liberal Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
