Debbie Somerville has extensive experience in social services and care management, currently serving as a Care Manager at LifeStream Services, Inc. since January 2016, focusing on Home and Community Based Services. Prior roles include Program Director at Indiana Mentor overseeing group homes, and Director of Social Services at Community Northview Care Center, where responsibilities included monitoring departmental standards and engaging with residents and families.
