Oren Kern is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in administrative and financial management within the human services sector. Since May 2014, Oren has served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Lifesteps, Inc., overseeing areas such as purchasing, fleet management, agency insurances, benefits, and human resources while also contributing as a strategic partner in the development of agency programs. Previously, Oren held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Weiblingers Residential Care from 2010 to 2014 and served as a Fiscal Specialist at the Allegheny County Department of Human Services from February 2005 to September 2010. Oren holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris University, obtained between 2007 and 2009, and has academic roots from Waynesburg University, where studies were completed from 2000 to 2003.
