John Ross currently serves as the VP of Marketing at Lifesteps, Inc. since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in leadership and marketing within the nonprofit sector. Previously, John held the position of Regional Director at Community Options, Inc., overseeing multiple Executive Directors and providing services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior roles include Executive Director at Community Options, Inc., where John was responsible for adult group homes in Allegheny County, and Marketing Director at Pyramid Healthcare, where marketing and community relations were managed across Pennsylvania. John began their career as Director of Admissions at ARC House, focusing on criminal court-related admissions and public relations. John holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Capella University and a BS in Communication and Media Studies from PennWest Clarion.
