Paolo Catalfamo is the Founder and President of Investar, a firm providing asset management and merchant banking services to institutional investors and high-net-worth clients, with operations spanning Luxembourg, Malta, Italy, the United States, and India since March 2000. In addition to this role, Paolo serves as Chairman of GlobalCapital plc and the National Italian American Foundation in Italy. Previous positions include Deputy Chairman and CEO at Franklin Templeton Investments from January 1994 to August 2000 and Chairman of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce in New York from January 1992 to November 1995. Paolo also held the position of Managing Director at the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy from February 1992 to May 1995. Paolo holds a degree in Economic and Social Sciences with a focus on International Finance from Università Bocconi.
