Guillermo Leandro has a diverse work experience background. Guillermo started as an Intern at American Consult, where they reduced equipment evaluation time significantly. Guillermo then moved on to roles at Inelectra and Pacific RIM Energy as a Project Engineer, showcasing leadership and cost-saving skills. At Dell, they worked in Sales Operations and as a Product Program Manager. Guillermo pursued their MBA at Fuqua School of Business before joining Dell Technologies, where they held various leadership roles, overseeing sales operations and master data governance. Currently, Guillermo serves as the Vice President of Credentialing at LifeStance Health, leading a large team in managing clinician credentialing and payor enrollment. Throughout their career, Guillermo has demonstrated a strong ability to drive transformation, improve processes, and deliver results across different organizations.
