Cynthia Housman is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at LifeSpring Home Care since February 2018, Housman previously held various HR leadership roles at Assurant from 2006 to 2018, where responsibilities included strategic HR partnership, policy development, and workforce diversity recruitment. Earlier career positions include HR Manager at The Home Depot and Human Resource Manager at Boise Office Solutions, along with a directorial role at the Oklahoma County District Attorney's office, overseeing staff management and financial processes. Housman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership Management from the University of Oklahoma and has pursued further studies in Leadership Management at Oklahoma State University.
