Misty Gilbert has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Misty has held positions at various organizations, including LifeSpring Health Systems, Riverview Village Nursing Home, and Dismas Charities Inc. At LifeSpring Health Systems, they have served in roles such as Executive Vice President/COO, Executive Vice President of Behavioral Health, Senior Vice President Clinical Services, Vice President Recovery Services, Clinical Manager, ACT Team Leader, and Therapist. At Riverview Village Nursing Home, they worked as the Director of Social Services, where they participated in a multidisciplinary team and provided oversight for social services. At Dismas Charities Inc., they completed their second-year practicum as a Practicum Student- MSSW, working with federal inmates and providing therapy and group services. Additionally, they also gained experience as a practicum student at LifeSpring Health Systems.
