Patricia Caro has over 20 years of experience in the customer service and human resources industries. Patricia began their career in 1999 as a Crew Scheduler at Air Transat, where they answered calls from crew members and managed crew scheduling for delayed flights. In 2002, they joined TELUS as a Client Care Representative, providing outstanding customer service and offering additional products to increase revenues and ARPU. Patricia then moved on to become a Helpdesk Specialist and Leadership Development Program participant, presenting projects to directors and VPs of operations. In 2010, they joined Benefit Cosmetics as a Customer Care Manager U.S., overseeing customer care programs and advocating for an amazing customer experience. From 2016-2019, Patricia was a stay-at-home mom. In 2019, they joined McKesson Canada as a Senior Associate, HR Operations Specialist, providing HR support and managing employee inquiries. Currently, Patricia is the Director of Account Management at LifeSpeak Inc.
Patricia Caro attended CEGEP - John Abbott College from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a DEC in Social Science.
