Yolanda Sheffa has over a decade of experience in the legal and customer service fields, currently serving as a Supervising Paralegal at Legal Assistance Of Western New York, Inc. (LawNY) and an Ombudsman at Lifespan of Greater Rochester since 2011. Prior to these roles, Yolanda worked at Sony as an Account Receivables professional and spent nearly a decade as an Inflight Supervisor with ExpressJet Airlines. Yolanda holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Medaille University, a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University.
