Nikki Russell is a seasoned professional in project management and interior design with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Lifespace Communities, Inc. since April 2022, Nikki previously held the title of Custom Interiors Project Manager at Greenbrier Development, overseeing upgrades for a $147 million continuing care retirement community. At Erickson Living, Nikki managed sales, marketing, and construction for a $132 million multi-site portfolio. Earlier roles include Interior Designer at Wisenbaker Builder Services, and Managing Partner/CEO of Design Ideas, an interior design firm recognized for its innovative residential solutions. Nikki's career began as a Senior Interior Designer/Sales Manager at Norwalk Furniture, where project management and client consultation were key responsibilities. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Fort Hays State University.
