Mr. Coughlin holds an undergraduate degree in Pre-Law serving early in his career as an Area Agency on Aging Director building community programs to help older people remain at home avoiding nursing homes. He served as Project Officer for Springhill Senior Living Community, a $20 million campus of care offering a continuum of senior living. He currently serves as Board Chairman of the Pennsylvania Assisted Living Association (PALA) helping to guide state policy in assisted living.
