John Spencer currently serves as the Managing Partner at LifeSci Search, a unique executive search firm affiliated with LifeSci Partners, since September 2021. Prior to this role, John was a Senior Client Partner in the Life Sciences Practice at Korn Ferry from June 2015 to September 2021 and previously held the position of EVP/Partner in the Life Sciences Practice at DHR International/CTPartners from August 2012 to May 2015. John also spent a significant portion of their career at Korn Ferry, serving as a Senior Client Partner in the Life Sciences Practice from 2000 to August 2012. Educationally, John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from the University of California, Davis.
