Prior to that, Lillian was the Head of Market Intelligence at LifeSci Search, where they reported to executive leadership and focused on increasing revenue generation opportunities and enabling team scalability. Lillian also held the position of Manager, Collective Intelligence at Korn Ferry, where they managed a team of 12 and worked on digitally transforming the organization. Lillian's earlier experience includes roles at Deutsche Bank, Lockton Companies, Alliant Insurance Services, and Fly Communications.
Lillian R. holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing and Competitive and Organizational Strategy from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in American/United States Studies/Civilization from Brown University. Lillian R. also attended Middlesex School for their high school education. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a certification in Customer Analytics for Growth Using Machine Learning, AI and Big Data from Wharton Executive Education in 2021.
