Kristy Grabowski has over 18 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry and agency-affiliated medical communications, with emphasis on immunology and oncology. She has expertise in content development within medical affairs and publications arenas, including advisory boards, training module development, scientific communication platforms, facilitating and moderating web-based physician-working groups, abstract submissions, poster and oral presentations, primary and secondary manuscripts, and review articles. Prior to joining LifeSci, Kristy was VP of Scientific Strategy at Envision Communications. Before that, she was a Scientific Team Lead at PAREXEL International. She also held medical communications and medical affairs roles at Hospira (a Pfizer company) and Baxter Healthcare.

Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Medical Writer at Abbott. Kristy has a Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Neurobiology, and Anatomy (with an emphasis on immunology and mucosal immunity) from Loyola University Medical Center, a BS in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Northern Illinois University and an AS in Biological Health Sciences from College of Lake County.
