Cameron Miotto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology strategy, operations, and organizational change management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Technology Strategy & Operations at RBC since May 2016, where key responsibilities include developing technology strategies for DevOps and Generative AI, and tracking strategic KPIs. Cameron has successfully led efficiency programs and change management initiatives across multiple roles at RBC, as well as contributed to community engagement activities in various capacities, including as an Instructor Trainer for Lifesaving Society Ontario. Additionally, Cameron possesses experience in production leadership from General Motors and marketing strategy from Xerox, complemented by an MBA from McMaster University and undergraduate degrees from Brock University and McMaster University.
