Heidi Gomez is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist at Liferay since November 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing the global recruiting process, assisting with global mobility, and managing career pathing while planning company events and career fairs. Previously, as a recruiter at Liferay, Heidi developed relationships with the community and local universities, enhanced the onboarding process, and introduced Docusign to streamline recruitment. Prior to Liferay, Heidi served as the Director of Operations and General Manager at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from November 2011 to November 2017, where sales increased consistently, staff management and recruitment were prioritized, and operational efficiencies were developed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Studies from California Baptist University and an Associate of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Riverside City College.
