Gina Chang is a skilled Product Designer with extensive experience across various industries, specializing in user experience and interaction design. Currently at Liferay since October 2022, Gina runs discovery workshops to develop customized B2B solutions. Prior experience includes leading the design of User Accounts for Nextbite's DTC product, and pioneering web app projects at Legalpad, where significant improvements were made to user support processes. As a UX Designer and Researcher at Kloa, Gina contributed to refining product direction and enhancing mobile interactions. Gina's earlier roles include internships at World Vision and AT&T, where analytics and design recommendations were pivotal, as well as academic support positions at the University of Washington, enhancing engagement in human-centered design. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington.
