Chase Ober is currently the Director of Strategy & Special Projects at Lifepoint Health®, responsible for supporting the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and driving strategic initiatives across the organization. Prior to this role, Chase served as an HR Business Partner at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, where significant achievements included developing a financial model for an internal travel nursing agency and integrating clinical ladder programs. Additional experience at Penn Medicine involved conducting competitive analyses, leading projects for COVID-19 vaccine education, and functioning as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Chase holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Business and Healthcare Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
