Jennifer Rathbun has extensive experience in various roles, primarily in accounting and volunteer positions. Currently employed in the accounting department at Tricord Companies since January 2019, Jennifer also serves as a weekly volunteer at Lifepoint Church since February 2018. Previously, Jennifer was a homeschool mom at Rathbun School for Girls from January 2002 to June 2020, and engaged in social media and secretarial work at Choices Women's Center from July 2012 to July 2019. Additional support roles included contributions to the Women’s Ministry team and youth conferences at Grace Church of Fredericksburg from April 2012 to August 2017. Jennifer coordinated a Youth and Young Adult Conference between August 2016 and April 2017 and has a background in real estate as a realtor with Coldwell Banker Elite and Century 21 Classic Real Estate from 2007 to 2012. Academically, Jennifer holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree, an Associate in Ministerial Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership.
