Shawn Bonfilio has over 13 years of experience in the insurance and customer service sectors, currently serving as Team Lead for Assessment Services at LifePlans, Inc. since 2010. Previously, Shawn worked as a Customer Service Representative at MultiPlan from 2005 to 2009. Shawn completed education at Waltham Senior High School from 1992 to 1996.
