Jordan Baker has worked for four different companies in a variety of roles. In 2016, they began working for Lifeloc Technologies as a Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Service Team Lead, Customer Service Advisor, and Receptionist. In 2014, they began working for Sportsman's Warehouse as an Office Manager, Customer Service Lead, and Customer Service Representative. In 2015, they were an Assistant Softball Coach at Golden High School. Finally, in 2010, they worked as a Hostess at Arapahoe Cafe.

Jordan Baker attended Red Rocks Community College and earned an Accounting Fundamentals Certificate in 2021.
