Thomas McBride has extensive experience in various roles related to surgical recovery and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Surgical Recovery at Lifeline of Ohio since 2016, Thomas has held several positions within the organization, including Transplant Organ Preservationist and Surgical Services Supervisor. Prior to this, Thomas worked at Humacare Inc. as a Payroll Specialist & Human Resources, where responsibilities included managing payroll transactions and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additional experience includes roles as a Talent & Recruiting Coordinator at Lifestyle Communities and a Human Resources Intern at A.R.E Manufacturing. Thomas began the professional journey at Mount Union College, where skills in leadership and team dynamics were developed, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Mount Union.
