Miguel'smost recent position is as a Coach at LifeHikes®, where they work with executives and professionals from companies like Facebook, Alibaba, Dropbox, and Google. Miguel'srole involves empowering them with the skills they need for success using an innovative methodology developed over 25 years.

Prior to that, Miguel was the CEO/Founder of Cinta-x, a company focused on helping public speakers maximize their talent and revenue by decoding, virtualizing, or branding their message.

Miguel also worked as a Professor at UNITEC Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana since 2007, teaching and imparting knowledge in their area of expertise.

Miguel Lardizábal has an extensive education history. Miguel completed their Maestría in Global MBA for Latin American Managers at both Thunderbird School of Global Management and Tecnológico de Monterrey in the years 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Licenciatura in Ingeniería Física from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, ending in the year 2001. Furthermore, Miguel is currently pursuing a Certificación in Coaching ejecutivo y desarrollo de equipos at Tecnológico de Monterrey, which is expected to be completed in 2023.

In addition to their formal degrees, Miguel has obtained several certifications. Miguel earned a certificate in Enseñanza en el método de casos from INCAE Business School in June 2022. In June 2016, they obtained a certificate in Dirección Escénica from COSUDE - Asociación Cultural Memorias. Miguel also holds a Duolingo Portuguese Fluency certification at the Intermediate level, estimated to have been obtained in October 2015.
