Maarten Tjallingii is an experienced facilitator and coach with a strong background in personal development and growth, specializing in Theory U by Otto Scharmer. Currently serving as a facilitator at Presence Outdoor since February 2021, Maarten has also held various roles including trainer and coach at bmoovd, and bicycle mayor for Arnhem Nijmegen. As a brand ambassador for Trek Bicycle Benelux, Maarten promotes high-performance bicycles while also contributing in a coaching capacity for Lifeguard. Maarten has been an ambassador for the Nierstichting since childhood, reflecting a personal connection to the organization's mission. Previously, Maarten was managing partner at China Glory Cycling, focusing on project development for the Paris Olympics. Additional experiences include roles as a performance coach with SEG Racing Academy and analyst for NOS, complemented by a strong educational foundation in NLP and management.
