Lisa Keith currently serves as Associate Campus Pastor at Lifegate Church, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Lisa worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Compass Mortgage from February 2021 to June 2022, and as Interim Children's Pastor at Life Fellowship Church, where responsibilities included managing children's programming and team development. Additional experience includes roles as Event Specialist at Elmbrook Church, where event coordination for women's conferences was a key focus, and Leadership Coordinator at James River Church, overseeing national women's conferences and local events. Earlier in the career, Lisa directed Women's Ministry at Lifegate Church and managed payroll and benefits administration for Provident Music Group during two acquisitions.
