Jose F Ortega has over 20 years of experience in the corporate finance and business management sectors. Jose F began their career in 2000 as Corporate Finance at Universidad del Valle de México. In 2006, they took on the role of Managing Partner at Atlas One Holdings, LLC. In 2008, they became CFO at FODELI. In 2016, Jose became Managing Partner at Apoyo Seguro. Jose F then co-founded Lifefy in 2017 and in 2021 they took on the role of Co-CEO at Grupo Educación.

Jose F Ortega obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universidad Anáhuac between 1997 and 2001. Jose F then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management between 2003 and 2005.
