Timothy Harris is a seasoned construction executive with extensive experience in managing public and private sector projects. Currently serving as Vice President at Lifecycle Construction Services, LLC since August 2019, Timothy focuses on federally funded construction programs, specializing in renovation, repair, and facility improvements. Prior experience includes Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic Region at ARGO Systems, LLC, where Timothy led mission-critical projects, and Senior Project Manager in the Healthcare Division at HITT Contracting Inc., where emphasis was placed on maintaining operations in sensitive environments. Timothy also held the position of Project Executive at Balfour Beatty Construction, managing design-build contracts for significant projects, including FAA and USACE contracts.
