Previously, Shawn was the owner of LaFleur Family Decks from 2010 to 2013, managing all company operations, including sales and personnel coordination. Prior experience includes a decade at Rappahannock Construction Services, Inc. as Project Manager, Senior Field Supervisor, QC, and SSHO, where oversight of building projects spanned both commercial and residential sectors, focusing on material procurement and project scheduling.
